Alex from Artcotic hollered out a few weeks back to say yo!

The Artcotic label is based on a collaboration of artists who share a common style. From what I have seen thus far, the range is a little darker, a little more hardcore than your average happy-go-lucky Disney cartoon.

The Artcotic website is worth a gander too, there’s some interesting interviews with up-and-coming artists in the showcase section, which is also the home of some super-sweet eye-candy (in the form of various independant artwork that would look mighty fine on the walls of my studio….if you’re listening Trent Call!)

Here’s Alex, the bloke behind Artcotic, to tell you a bit more about the label …

We custom built our own signature t-shirt using 180 gram silk washed cotton. We have designs from artists from around the world such as Frank Kozik, Dalek, Koralie, and Supakitch. We also feature art from comic book artists, filmmakers, and bands every month. Artists are also invited to collaborate with us in making our next Artcotic Tee design.
