There is a shop at Sydney’s Domestic Airport (in the Qantas terminal) that no one can walk past. It’s full of funky gadgets, colourful gizmos and all sorts of weird and wonderful toys. It stocks nothing of any significant practicality, but I’m sure it’s the reason that more than one person has missed their flight back to Brisbane.
Concrete Hermit could well be the online equivalent of this shop. I feel very comfortable browsing the shelves of the online Concrete Hermit store with no real purpose but to whittle away a few minutes with some self indulgent visual gluttony.

Books, prints, badges, all sorts of things grace the shelves of Concrete Hermit. But of course, it’s the t-shirts that are the centerpiece of this story!

The Concrete Hermit store is quite a new addition to the ever-expanding range of online fashion/design mall, erecting it’s walls back in February of this year. For a relatively new store, they stock a smashing range of goodies….with t-shirt designs by Motomichi, Al Murphy and Kate Moross just to name a few. There are also some new publications and mags, and some fine prints by Jeremyville and Neasden Control Center. Hide your credit card if you’re an impulse shopper because this place is mighty tempting.
Duck into Concrete Hermit when you need a pass a few moments. It’s a very pleasing experience on the eye.

Thanks for your kind words! Just one correction - We’ve actually been going since 2004. We’ve had various re-designs of the site since then. Now we are opening a gallery shop in London, UK. So we exist in the real world as well as online…
