The Remo General Store has been in business for a many years now. It trades in a huge variety of special and unique little trinkets, including an array of interesting t-shirt prints that are more addictive than the $5.95 battered reef cod super-mega-special meal deal at the local fish & chip shop.
Finding Remo…

Remo was launched in Sydney Australia in 1988 as a General Store with a mission to seek out and celebrate quality & passion in people and merchandise gathered together from all over the world. From the shelves of that original General Store and the minds of its many customers sprang a thoughtful, high quality and unique brand of general merchandise.
The Remo General Store continues to be based in Sydney, and now also has an online store-front enabling customers from all over the globe to browse their shelves. To date, they have had shoppers from 93 different countries. Here’s a couple of reasons why….

This t-shirt print, featuring a customised
version of the australian television broadcasting test-pattern,
is one of my all-time favourite t-shirts ever made.

A little geeky, but ah, who cares, I must also confess my undying love
for the broken image t-shirt .

And this tshirt print may be hauntingly familiar to any who
has ever played that golf game on the Atari 2600.
The Remo General Store is also a great place to find a gift or two…or even just to pass a few hours with a session of online window shopping. You’ll find some real neccessities including:

….a collection of paper weights resembling scrunched balls of paper…

…and an action-packed Albert Einstein action figure.
Go and make the trip down to the Remo General Store. You might come back with a bit more than a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk.
