I can’t beleive this!!! I ordered the week before Father’s Day thinking I would give my husband a funny little gift and STILL have not received the t-shirt! Evidently this is a common occurence with this company. Were all of you charged for the merchandise even though you did not receive it? What do we do now?????

I just received an advertisment email from the company….can you believe!!! I STILL have not got my shirt! Why would I order from them again???!!! If anyone finds out how to contact them please let us know!

Yep, ordered shirts July 4 and they took my $$ but still no delivery to date…. no phone number to call and they don’t reply to my e-mails…. wouldn’t recommend these guys to anybody!

Received 2 of the 4 Tshirts I ordered 2 months ago. One of them I requested a large (they said they were outta larges) so they sent me an XL which I can’t even wear. The other one is supposedly on back order. I’m sure I will never receive it.

There is no phone # listed anywhere. They have an email but they never respond to it. I sent them a scathing email recently, not that it matters.

O.K. seriously… It’s been since July 17th! And, I can’t get updates on my order status either. Just says “Will Ship 4-7 Days”. This is ridiculous. Just sent my 3rd email, when I did receive a reply for the first one stating that my “items were shipped and not returned undeliverable” and they said they would “re-ship”. Yeah, um…Me no receive merchandise! I honestly have never dealt with a company with this bad customer service. WHATEVER!

I ordered one t-shirt on May 9, 2007, expecting it in about a week or two to give as a birthday gift on May 29. On June 1, I emailed Moe Wampum to inquire since my credit card was charged, but no response. Over the last 3 months, those pricks had the balls to continue to send me advertisements without ever fulfilling my order. Today, on August 11, 2007, I received the shirt in a crumpled priority envelope with no packing info included. Thanks, Moe, you crook. Or should I say Gary Mittin, president of Moe? I’ll buy my shirts elsewhere and tell everyone else to.

I ordered three t-shirts about 3 weeks ago and have not received anything. I have their number 818-757-3229. I’ve called several times and no return calls. I’ve also sent emails and nothing there either. Someone needs to put this company down since their website states the are so concerned with customer service. BS. Call this number constantly.

Same problem here. I ordered my first shirt from them on October 15. I received an email from them stating it would be shipped in 4-7 days so I figured I’d have no problem getting the shirt on time for a Halloween costume party on October 27. Here it is October 26. Moe Wampum still refuses to return my calls. The shirt will be useless for me after tomorrow. Then I guess my fight turns to MasterCard.

I had the same problem only I ordered my t-shirt on September 27th and it’s now November 8th. My boyfriends birthday is in a month and this t-shirt was suppose to be for him. It’s not like I can afford to just throw away money like this.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my money back. I have two numbers for these dickheads, each one has an answering machine that is full. I have sent an email with no response.

My suggestion is to register a complaint with your credit card company and then, if you do finally receive it, don’t tell the credit card company. Since you ordered a shirt that was to be shipped in 4-7 days then a shirt received a month later is not what you ordered. Consider that shirt a gift from Moe Wampum for your troubles and continue the claim that you never received what you originally ordered; a shirt shipped within 4-7 days.

Order a shirt on Dec 14th. It is now Jan 3 and still nothing. No return emails, no return phone callls. Of course I was charged right away.

Sure wish I would have researched this shit-ass place a little before ordering. I actually got a call returned and the guy swore the shirt went in the mail that day –that was over a week ago and several days past the 4 to 7 day ship promise. BBB here I come!

I called MasterCard. They credited my account and sent a letter stating the credit was pending an investigation into Moe Wampum. About a month later, MasterCard sent another letter stating investigation was complete and I could keep my money. I wish I knew what they learned from in the investigation but happy I got my money. Thanks MasterCard.

I wish I would’ve read here before. I placed an order in June of 2008 and still haven’t rec’d my shirt. I ordered it for my husband’s birthday which has now past. I’m fuming!!!! After I emailed them once I got a response back apologizing for the mistake and saying they would re-ship. then I emailed them again after it still didn’t arrive and their response was “What shirt?” OMG!!!!! Someone needs to start a website moewampumsucks.com so that we can post our complaints and warn others.

Wow. I think Visa is the way to go. I called them and a credit was issued immediately. After three emails and one phone call to Moe Wampum, I continued to get the runaround. Apparently it was an “outside vendor’s fault” that I never rec’d my shirt.
