So what’s Monkey Fist got to do with the red button saga above?
Well, it’s a bit of a long and convoluted story. But you got this far. So you may as well keep going now. To stop would be a weak move. Like trying to swim from a deserted island to civilisation 4 miles away, getting 3.5 miles and thinking “aw heck, I’m not going to make, it’s just way too far” and swimming back. But I guess it’s easier to close your browser and log onto Facebook than swim 4 miles so I had better get a wriggle on hey.
My mate Kevin, the brains behind Monkey Fist, raised his human fist to point me towards the Monkey Fist website. A tasty looking site, with a tasty looking logo. But still no hint of a red button in sight….so how does this related to a 4 year old waiting for his mash potato?
Well, my furry little monkey friend, go to Monkey Fist website now, and look at the navigation at the bottom of the screen. Look at the item second from the right. The one beside “Contact”. What does it say? Ummmm….did someone say VIRUS?
But is it really a virus? Would a reputable, street-smart and savvy, tasty, fresh and downright cool label like Monkey Fist really force a virus upon its careless victims…oops, I mean….curious users.
Well, perhaps if you live in bubble-wrapped, overly safe and risk averse world, you will never know. But those who take risks are the only ones who enjoy the unspoilt paths where other’s are not game to tread.
I may have also neglected to mention that the Monkey Fist themselves are tastier than creamy mash potato with truffle oil. So which will it be - will you take the red pill, or the blue pill, Neo?
