I have ordered a tshirt from this company for my boyfriend in Australia and now it has been almost three weeks already and he still hasn’t received yet. The worst part is, i have sent four emails to them and i never get back a reply, not even a single word. This really pissed me off. They said in the website that, the delivery time in Australia is between five to seven days. This company is so unreliable. Not only me who happened to experience with this crap company, you can go to facebook fan page and you will see other comments. Seriously, I never deal with this company again and I will try my best to let others know that this company is a scam!

I totally agree with Bee. I ordered 2 tshirts from Pistol on 17 December, and they assured me I’d have them by Christmas Eve (they were for a present). Nope. Didn’t have them by Christmas…or New Year’s, and today is February 1 and I STILL don’t have them. I’ve left multiple emails, multiple phone messages and NOTHING. They don’t respond, they don’t answer their phone! I finally got through to their showroom 2 weeks ago, and they assured me I’d have it by the Friday of that week – well that was nearly 2 weeks ago and I STILL don’t have them. I’m so furious I’m now contacting my bank to reverse the transaction. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTING FROM PISTOL CLOTHING – THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!!

My friend who lives overseas purchased custom T-shirts from Pistol Clothing as a gift to my husband and I. They were supposed to be a surprise. But having not received word about the items after more than a month, my friend finally succumbed and told us about his planned surprise which never eventuated. So we (my friend, my husband and I) all followed up with Pistol Clothing through e-mails and phone calls, none of which have been responded to. An extremely disappointing experience with the business. We’d recommend anyone considering ordering through them to THINK AGAIN.

This site is a complete scam. One of the guys I work with got fleeced $2000 after ordering hoodies for his footy team.
