Those of you who know me well know I like to spend my spare moments riding the aquatic delights that mother nature serves up.
So you can imagine my delight when Ricky from The Ryde dropped me a line to alert me of their Laguna Beach based label.
With a name like The Ryde, it is not surprising that this label is predominantly surf-inspired label with a smattering of other influences to even out the score.
A couple of The Ryde tees grace my bedroom floor right now (which means they are in high rotation!). I really love these tees, they really capture the true essence of the ocean, surfing culture and riding waves. Earthy colours, subtle and smooth designs, and enough variety to satisfy surfers of all ages….from old blokes who lug around longboards, to the young and hyperactive frothin-at-the-mouth groms.
Not only that, but the t-shirts themselves are super soft cotton and the fit feels just perfect after a few hours out in the water.
So if you sit there all day dreaming about waves, you might be in for The Ryde of your life with this label. Check out their site next time the surf is flat.
